Sales Manager

Silver Hotel Group is currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to lead our Downtown Hotel Collection team. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating and contracting new and repeat business through prospecting, sales calls, and networking to generate business for our collection of hotels in Downtown Toronto.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for group business, meetings, and conferences, as well as coordinating with clients and hotel departments to ensure successful events. The role requires a leader who can enhance departmental effectiveness and achieve revenue goals while developing their skills in all sales segments and revenue management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve revenue targets with a focus on growth and development for the Downtown Hotel Collection.
- Solicit, negotiate, and close new and repeat business through various efforts to maximize revenue and meet or exceed goals.
- Participate in annual business planning, strategy, and tactical planning.
- Submit weekly sales action plans to the Regional Sales Director - Downtown Hotel Collection outlining sales activities and results from previous prospecting activities.
- Stay up-to-date on all service offerings, marketing programs, and property updates for each hotel.
- Respond to assigned leads and customer queries promptly and professionally.
