Job Title: Sales Department Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Department Manager to join our team at Al-Hashmi Thobes & Kurtas. As a Sales Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales staff, overseeing sales operations, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in sales leadership or management.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving sales performance.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Work Environment: The Sales Department Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a team of sales staff. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with frequent customer interactions, sales targets, and performance metrics.
