Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Shree Khodiyar Ontario Inc.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient food preparation and service procedures
- Supervise and train food service staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about food preparation, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that food meets our high standards
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet demand
- Develop and implement budget and cost estimates to ensure that we are operating within our means
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports to management as required
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
