Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Shree Khodiyar Ontario Inc. as a key member of our culinary operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless food preparation and service.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Oversee and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer experience.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they are equipped to provide top-notch service.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Lead and Motivate Team Members

Lead by example, demonstrating excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and engage team members.

Ensure Quality Control and Customer Satisfaction

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Prepare and Submit Reports

Prepare and submit reports on stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.

Language

Fluency in English.

Work Schedule

40 hours per week.
