Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Shree Khodiyar Ontario Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of our food service staff.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure efficient food preparation and minimize waste.
  • Hire and Manage Staff: Recruit, hire, and manage a team of food service staff, ensuring that we have the right people in the right roles.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports to ensure the financial health of our food service department.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
