Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to prepare and cook meals and specialty foods
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance our culinary offerings
  • Manage food costs, inventory, and supplies to ensure efficient operations
  • Collaborate with our events team to plan and execute catering services for weddings, banquets, and other functions
  • Train and develop staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience as a chef or in a related culinary role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and completion of a culinary program or equivalent experience
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
