Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at District 65 Corporation. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Estimate and manage food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory
- Analyze operating costs and other data to inform menu planning and kitchen operations
- Supervise and train cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure excellent food quality and presentation
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with clients to plan and execute weddings, banquets, and specialty functions
- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities to meet quality standards and customer expectations
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
- Proven track record of managing food costs, inventory, and kitchen operations
- Excellent leadership and training skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
