Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at District 65 Corporation. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring high-quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Estimate and manage food costs, inventory, and supplies
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks and specialist chefs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute special events and functions
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent required
