About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as the first point of contact for our consumers, suppliers, retailers, and employees. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer service and addressing customer needs through various communication channels.

You will register contact details into ticketing applications, respond to requests in a timely and professional manner, resolve or forward requests according to established procedures, and perform moderately complex administrative tasks.

Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Full fluency in French and English required)
  • Previous customer service experience (Phone and email)

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is between $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for career growth and development.
