Job Summary:At Humber River Health, we are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a critical care clinician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to chronically ventilated and acutely ill patients with respiratory health problems.
You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and coordinate patient care. Our ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, sound problem-solving abilities, and excellent patient and family teaching skills.

Responsibilities:- Provide care for chronically ventilated and acutely ill patients with respiratory health problems
- Assess, plan, and coordinate patient care with the inter-professional team
- Utilize computerized systems for documentation of patient care
- Participate in project teams or hospital committees as required
- Resource/team leader responsibilities
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current BCLS certification or an agreement to obtain within 3 months of commencement into the position
- Previous respiratory nursing experience preferred
- 2 years acute medical/surgical inpatient experience preferred
