Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer to lead our Business Automation efforts.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for providing strategic direction and vision for our IT organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in technology leadership, with experience in implementing and managing business automation solutions. They will be responsible for establishing a fully integrated, end-to-end business automation IT architecture, ensuring alignment with our company's overall strategy and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define, implement, and maintain March Networks' IT Strategy, ensuring it provides business value and drives efficiencies into the Company.
  2. Oversee all IT functions, driving changes that improve team efficiency and user experience.
  3. Manage project timelines, content, and costs associated with IT-related projects to ensure timely implementation.
  4. Provide strategic input to the March Networks management team on technology and business process improvements.
  5. Ensure effective utilization of the company's voice and data communications and video collaboration networks.
  6. Align IT risk management, policies, and practices with security standards, such as GDPR, PCI DSS, SOC-2, ISO 27001, SOX, and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of leadership experience in the Information Technology field, including new product development, implementation, and at least 8 years of progressively responsible IT management experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, including VMware virtualization, IaaS, Cloud backup, Disaster Recovery, and Unified Communications.
  • Expertise in implementing and managing software solutions in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), E-Commerce solutions, and Middleware.
  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Masters degree considered an asset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Data processing methods and procedures, computer software systems, systems design and development process, requirements analysis, feasibility studies, software design, programming, pilot testing, installation, evaluation, and IT operational management.
Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
