Key Responsibilities:

  1. IT Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that supports the Mint's business goals and objectives. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for IT-driven innovation and growth.
  2. IT Operations and Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and operation of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications. Ensure the resilience and security of our technology environment.
  3. Talent Leadership and Development: Provide inspirational leadership to the IT team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and inclusivity. Coach, mentor, and develop employees to achieve their full potential.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English and French) with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree a strong asset.
  • Minimum 15 years of IT experience, with at least 10 years in leadership and management roles.
  • Proven track record of leading IT initiatives and driving business outcomes.
