We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at K Motel Steakhouse & Family Restaurant. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays to ensure that they are presented in a clean and attractive manner.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure that the restaurant is adequately staffed during peak periods.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
