Restaurant Operations Manager

At 2 For 1 Family Pizza, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards of customer service and food quality.
- Cash Handling: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
- Recruitment: Recruit and hire new staff members to join our team.
- Training: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youths, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
