Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at K Motel Steakhouse & Family Restaurant. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays to ensure presentation and quality standards are met
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
