Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administration Clerk to join our team at BBN TRANSPORT. As an Office Administration Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our transportation company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries, and process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically.
  • Data Entry and Management: Work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Office Maintenance: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and label, file, and retrieve documents.
  • Customer Service: Provide general information to clients and the public, and receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train
  • Flexibility, reliability, and team player skills
Work Environment

Our transportation company is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and communication skills. As an Office Administration Clerk, you will work in a team-oriented setting and be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff.
