Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. This role will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting expertise to our clients, leveraging skills in Pega and Java.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment, collaborating with onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Conduct regular health checks on systems to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong technical skills in Pega and Java, with experience in developing and deploying applications using these technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues into manageable parts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality results, with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction.
