Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse with Fraser Health, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our Renal Services department. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team and contribute to the delivery of excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with the inter-professional care team to provide person-centered care and promote patient autonomy.
• Administer medication and perform procedures as required.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, self-care, and health promotion.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
Requirements
• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing.
• Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives.
• Two years' recent, related clinical nursing experience in the designated clinical area.
