Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Compliance Director to join our team at Daniels Health & Sharpsmart. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and laws, as well as developing and implementing effective compliance strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to environmental regulations and laws.
  • Manage and maintain permits and licenses for hazardous materials and waste disposal.
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with transportation and site permits.
  • Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to employees on compliance matters.
  • Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address compliance issues.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
