Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Director

At Daniels Health & Sharpsmart, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Compliance Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential compliance issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry standards
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a compliance role
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
