Job Title: Director, Project Management

Angus Consulting Management Limited (ACML) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Project Management to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
  2. Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and marketing, to ensure project success.
  4. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to minimize their impact.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project success.
  6. Ensure compliance with ACML's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  7. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including project status, timelines, and budget.
  8. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project delivery.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
  2. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  5. Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Asana, and Trello.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
