Lead Our Team to Success

We're seeking a seasoned leader to join our team at Colliers Project Leaders. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and operational excellence across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Project Leaders to achieve business unit goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive commercial growth and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their commercial acumen and leadership skills
  • Participate in local business community events to promote our brand and attract top talent
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in operations leadership and business unit growth
  • Professional industry credentials or MBA (or equivalent combination of academic and practical experience)
  • Clear understanding of a professional services business model, including workforce composition and resource management strategies
  • Effective leadership and organizational skills with the ability to successfully lead teams and develop operational plans
  • Established network of industry contacts and relationships within the region
