About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as a Project Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and operational excellence across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead our people with enthusiasm, attracting, retaining, motivating, and inspiring a team of Project Leaders.
  • Take ownership of the company's priorities and initiatives, bringing them to life within your team and business unit.
  • Drive collaboration, identify opportunities, and develop innovative strategies to expand services in the local market to achieve annual growth targets.
  • Participate and present a unified company voice within the local business community, through networking, and active participation to help grow the business and recruit the best talent.
  • Implement a culture of quality and ensure effective leadership and organizational skills with the ability to successfully lead teams and develop/implement operational plans for corporate initiatives.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations leadership and business unit growth, preferably in professional services.
  • Professional industry credentials or MBA (or an equivalent combination of academic and practical experience).
  • Clear understanding of a professional services business model, including workforce composition and resource management strategies, risk management strategies, and commercial strategies.
