Lead Our Team to Success

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as a Principal. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing operational plans, and leading a team of Project Leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business unit growth strategies to achieve annual targets
  • Lead a team of Project Leaders to deliver high-quality projects and services
  • Coach and develop the commercial acumen of team members
  • Drive collaboration and innovation to expand services in the local market
  • Participate in local business community networking and events to grow the business and recruit top talent
  • Implement a culture of quality and excellence
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in operations leadership and business unit growth
  • Professional industry credentials or MBA (or equivalent combination of academic and practical experience)
  • Clear understanding of a professional services business model
  • Effective leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to project and maintain a positive outlook and motivate teams
  • Established network of industry contacts and relationships
