We're seeking a Chief People and Culture Strategist to join our team and play a major role in growing our organization's people and culture strategy.

The ideal candidate will be solution-oriented, always thinking about the business and will serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, promote a high-performance, inclusive, and engaging workplace, and advocate for company culture.

This role involves overseeing talent acquisition and onboarding, managing seamless onboarding while championing DEI efforts, developing strategies to attract top-tier talent, and advising senior leadership on HR policies and compliance.

The successful candidate will have a proven ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and act as a trusted advisor across all levels of the organization. They will also have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.

In this role, you'll oversee performance evaluations, lead training curriculums and programs to address skills gaps and support career growth, manage competitive compensation and benefits plans, ensuring alignment with industry benchmarks and employee needs.

You'll also implement workplace safety programs, promote wellness initiatives, and ensure a safe, supportive work environment, maintain HR systems (HRIS, ATS), ensure accurate personnel records, and provide data-driven insights to leadership.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent, with 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including managing complex employee relations issues. Experience in creative agencies or fast-paced environments, with strong recruitment expertise, is highly desirable.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
