  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Assembly of Trays: Supervise and check the assembly of trays to ensure that they are prepared to a high standard.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
