Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Mark's. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of sales associates, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and coaching to the sales team to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Manage the sales floor, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and stockroom organization.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
