About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Mark's. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of sales associates, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and cash handling.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales associates to improve their skills and performance.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and drive sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
  • High energy and enthusiasm, with a drive to succeed.
