Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
Work Environment

The Assistant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and will be required to work 32 hours per week. The successful candidate will be fluent in English and will be required to work in a permanent position.
