Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Mark's. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of sales associates, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales associates to improve their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
