Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sarab Cargo Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing and data entry.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
