Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at J.D. Barnes Limited. As a key member of our survey team, you will be responsible for overseeing the completion of fieldwork projects in accordance with our technical standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate fieldwork projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including management, clients, and consultants, to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior project management role, preferably in the survey industry.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, including MS Project, Asana, or similar.
