Job Description

**About the Role**

OctanePeople is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion across the organization. As a key member of the Global Application team, you will be responsible for driving and delivering global application projects, aligning with business requirements and collaborating with Functional Business Leads to ensure successful project planning, execution, and completion.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Define project objectives, ensure quality control throughout the project life cycle, and actively engage with the system to configure settings, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing post-implementation support.
  • In collaboration with senior management and stakeholders, define the project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria that align with business goals.
  • Set and manage expectations with team members and stakeholders, plan, schedule, and track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Determine project team's report frequency and content and troubleshoot issues, conduct lessons learned to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements and create a recommendation report.
  • Develop and follow best practices and tools for project execution and management.

**Requirements**

  • University degree or college diploma in the field of business administration, management information systems or equivalent practical experience.
  • ~5+ years of experience in deployment and support of Oracle Fusion (Only candidates with Oracle Fusion implementation experience will be considered).
  • ~ PMP Certification - asset.
  • ~ ITIL Foundations Certification - asset.
