Senior Project Manager, Electrical Construction

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager, Senior to join our team at Plan Group Inc. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading electrical construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, including electrical engineers, technicians, and contractors, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all electrical construction work meets the highest quality standards, adhering to relevant codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: Electrical Engineering post-secondary education or related field.
- Experience: A minimum of seven (7) years of electrical construction project management experience, with trade experience a definite asset.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
