Requirements for Senior Architectural Project Coordinator:

  • 7+ years of experience in Architecture
  • OAA License required
  • Experience with commercial projects
  • Degree in Architecture is essential
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel
  • Understanding of building codes and regulations
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Capability to coordinate contract documentation
