Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate fieldwork projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including management, clients, and consultants, to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior project management role, preferably in the survey industry.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, including Microsoft Project and Asana.
