">As the Administrative Services Manager at WISH IMMIGRATION INC., you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative activities of the establishment. This includes implementing new procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, establishing work priorities, and ensuring that deadlines are met.
">You will be in charge of coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services. Additionally, you will assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
">One of your key responsibilities will be to oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including supervising technical and support staff. You will also be responsible for assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
">A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software is essential.
