- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business administration or finance, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience in SAP a plus.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team.
