Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our Financial Planning and Analysis team. As a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of financial models, budgeting, and forecasting processes. This role will report to the Vice President of Finance and work closely with Divisional Financial Controllers and department heads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
  • Create and manage actual vs. forecast, budget, and prior year reports for review with Divisional owners.
  • Analyze and report key financial and operating metrics, identifying trends and making recommendations.
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial systems and processes, including budgeting software and business intelligence tools.
  • Assist with and manage various ad-hoc projects to support senior management and business decisions.
  • Prepare and present financial analysis to support senior management decisions.
  • Manage and coordinate requests from the Corporate Office.
  • Responsible for Working Capital and department spending analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • 4+ years of FP&A experience in a corporate environment and/or relevant experience in consulting.
  • MBA/CPA is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
  • Strong financial modeling experience.
  • Experience with budgeting software and BI tools.
