Role Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Intern to support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and promoting our core values within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment process, including posting job openings and screening resumes.
  • Help schedule interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support employee lifecycle, including onboarding activities and paperwork for new hires, and offboarding employees.
  • Maintain employee records and assist in managing HR databases.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Requirements
  • Pursuing a degree or certificate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in human resources and the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Compensation and Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive compensation package, inclusive of a salary range between $45,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as access to exclusive employee discounts, training, and development opportunities.
