Human Resources Coordinator

Role OverviewWe are seeking a Human Resources Intern to support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and promoting our core values within the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with recruitment process, including posting job openings and screening resumes.
- Help schedule interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support employee lifecycle, including onboarding activities and paperwork for new hires, and offboarding employees.
- Maintain employee records and assist in managing HR databases.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Pursuing a degree or certificate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in human resources and the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive compensation package, inclusive of a salary range between $45,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as access to exclusive employee discounts, training, and development opportunities.
