Human Resources Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our team at TWI Foods Inc. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for coordinating various administrative tasks and ensuring that all employee-related activities align with our organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Seminar and Conference Coordination: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
  • Department Coordination: Coordinate the activities of the HR department to meet organizational objectives
  • Daily Operations Evaluation: Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements as needed
  • Mail and Distribution: Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Budget Planning: Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Meeting Minutes: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts
  • Customer Service: Provide customer service and answer electronic enquiries
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • Organizational Abilities: Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat Reader

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
