Human Resources Administrator
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our team at TWI Foods Inc. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for coordinating various administrative tasks and ensuring that all employee-related activities align with our organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities- Seminar and Conference Coordination: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
- Department Coordination: Coordinate the activities of the HR department to meet organizational objectives
- Daily Operations Evaluation: Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements as needed
- Mail and Distribution: Open and distribute mail and other materials
- Budget Planning: Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Meeting Minutes: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
- Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments
- Contract Management: Manage contracts
- Customer Service: Provide customer service and answer electronic enquiries
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Organizational Abilities: Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat Reader

- Cultural Competence: Offers cultural competency training and awareness training to employees
The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
