About the Role:

The Specialist, Customer Relations Centre will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to Dynamic Funds clients. This includes interacting with customers via phone to address inquiries and resolve issues related to accounts and transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective customer service and support to clients, mainly Advisors and Associates, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Analyze customer accounts and initiate follow-up actions to meet their needs.
  • Exceed performance standards in an inbound call-center environment.
  • Maintain knowledge of department policies and procedures.
  • Participate in special projects as required.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Finance or related field (strong asset).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and industry databases (i.e. iFastTM).
  • CSC/ IFIC certification is a definite asset.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.

The Specialist, Customer Relations Centre will work in a dynamic and inclusive environment, collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Language:

The primary language of communication for this role is English, with the ability to communicate effectively in French also required.
