Provide Exceptional Customer Support for a Leading Home Improvement Retailer

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing and resolving all aspects of their orders. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers throughout their journey, from initial inquiry to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders, including special orders, installations, and online purchases.
  • Act as a dedicated liaison between customers, internal teams (such as Project Support Centre, Kitchen Designers), vendors, installers, and third-party agents.
  • Proactively address customer inquiries and concerns, providing clear and concise solutions in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate all order-related activities with relevant departments and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
