As a Business Development Senior Manager/Director, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and success within our Industrial Construction division. With a strong focus on market development and sales, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our organization and the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead business development efforts for defined market segments, primarily in the Saskatchewan region.
  • Develop and execute key account and market plans to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Identify opportunities for continued growth and expansion within the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure seamless execution of business development plans.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in large Industrial Construction/EPC projects as a Business Development Professional.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, and strategic account management.
  • Advanced knowledge of business development, sales, and marketing principles in the construction industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and other business development tools.
