We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team at Infotek Consulting Services Inc. in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This challenging role demands expertise in full-cycle recruitment, account management, and business development.

About the Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will oversee client relationships, drive recruitment initiatives, and deliver top-tier IT talent to meet evolving demands. Your primary responsibilities include managing all aspects of the recruitment process, leveraging tools such as social media, internal databases, job boards, and networking events to source and connect with both active and passive candidates, facilitating onboarding processes by coordinating interviews, conducting background checks and reference verifications, and negotiating contract terms.

Client Relationship Management:

You will build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients accounts, gaining a deep understanding of their hiring needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery. As the primary point of contact for accounts, you will address inquiries and resolve challenges to maintain client satisfaction and retention.

Account Management and Business Development:

You will develop and expand a portfolio of accounts by identifying new business opportunities, negotiating terms, and fostering long-term partnerships. Implement strategies to meet the hiring demands of high-profile clients while staying ahead of market trends.

Strategic Planning and Collaboration:

You will work closely with clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure alignment in meeting staffing needs. Contribute to recruitment and sales strategies, supporting the organization's growth and market presence.

What We Offer:

Requirements:

  • University or college diploma required
  • Proven experience in recruitment, account management, preferably in IT or technical domains
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a proactive approach to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
