We are seeking a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our team in downtown Toronto. As a key member of our team, you will spend your days:

  • Utilizing our cutting-edge technology to identify and qualify top IT talent;
  • Collaborating closely with Account Executives and Hiring Managers to place highly skilled candidates in contract and permanent positions with esteemed employers;
  • Developing, managing, and expanding existing candidate and client relationships; and
  • Working alongside a dynamic team that values teamwork, learning, and fun.

To succeed in this role, you must be confident, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong work ethic. If you are a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, Eagle wants to hear from you. Required qualifications include:

  • A post-secondary education in Business Administration or equivalent experience;
  • 1-2 years' proven work experience in a sales, marketing, or customer service-focused environment;
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;
  • The ability to manage multiple projects with ease; and
  • Dedication, persistence, flexibility, and a willingness to go above and beyond.
