Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at A-1 Cash and Carry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing staff, and implementing effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage a team of 5-10 sales staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer demand, and competitor activity, informing sales and marketing strategies.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the range of merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
- Price and Credit Policies: Develop and implement price and credit policies, balancing revenue growth with customer satisfaction.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute marketing plans to drive sales growth, including promotional activities, advertising, and social media engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and train sales staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
- Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily sales operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum sales potential.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a sales or management role, preferably in a retail or wholesale environment.
- Language: Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on customer service and sales growth.
