Position Overview

As a Sales Supervisor at Kevin Shay Sales Limited, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the sales operations within our retail environment. Your leadership will ensure that our sales team meets and exceeds performance goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within retail.
Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign and manage duties for sales personnel.
  • Develop and implement work schedules.
