Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at GJ2 LC1 FOOD SERVICES .INC O/A Little Caesars Pizza. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and leadership, with experience in managing kitchen teams and ensuring high-quality food products. You will work closely with our restaurant managers to develop menus, manage inventory, and control labor costs.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and prepare menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our brand standards
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control
  • Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
  • Proven track record of success in managing kitchen teams and achieving high-quality results
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
