Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing support services to clients, including case management, counseling, and advocacy. They will also be involved in program development, implementation, and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide case management services to clients, including assessment, planning, and coordination of services.
- Conduct counseling sessions with clients to address their needs and goals.
- Advocate for clients' rights and interests, and provide support in accessing community resources.
- Develop and implement programs to meet the needs of clients, including life skills workshops and social research.
- Supervise support staff and volunteers, and provide guidance and training as needed.
- Collaborate with other social services agencies and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
- Maintain accurate records and statistics to evaluate program effectiveness.
- College/CEGEP diploma in a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
